Hello, I'm having a problem. I ordered some things on AliExpress, received them, but I don't have an invoice and can't find it on the site in my order tracking, etc. And I need it to get reimbursed by my company! Does anyone know how to do this?

AliInvoice is paid and in English, so it's annoying
but there is another free one that works as an extension too
"Free Invoice for AliExpress"

I personally managed to download all my invoices since I created my account for free

Hi,

On aliexpress, there is indeed no invoice. If you want one, you need to request it via private message to your seller. I admit that very few are willing to provide one! Even I am in the same boat; I order for my company and I have only half of the invoices!

Hello,
there is an accounting (legal) way to issue an expense report to your employer! A screenshot of your order along with an "expense report" written and signed by you should be enough to record it in the accounting books! I often did this at the advice of my former boss when I lost a gas receipt or when the machine no longer issued tickets!
There you go, it's simple and legal!!! You can find templates for expense reports online!

I found the Ali invoice, but everything is in English, and it's impossible to change the site to French, and the tab to enter the invoice number doesn't open. I have the impression that you have to pay... $20 to access your invoices for 3 months. I'm shocked; for a tablet costing €116, that's an expensive invoice.
I haven't received my invoice in my customer account or by email, very disappointed, I won't order from this site again.

There is a Chrome extension "Ali Invoice", which allows you to edit an invoice. You download the extension, go to your orders, click on the item for which you want the invoice. Once there, you click on the extension (icon to the right of the address) and voilà, the page loads the invoice! :) It's magic! Perfect for giving to your boss!
