Hello,
I don't know if this question has already been asked. But I recently got a Macbook Pro (Mac OS Sierra), and I must say that I don't quite understand the system because I was on PC before.
So, I downloaded "Adobe Master Collection CS5.5," and after downloading, I double-click on it; a window opens (CD5_5 Mstr Coll). After that, I double-click on Adobe CS5_5 Master Collection, another window opens, I double-click on "install," and then a message appears saying "Cannot open 'install.' You should eject the disk image. 'install' is on the disk image 'MasterCollection_CS5_5LS4.dmg.' Firefox downloaded this disk image today at 00:10." I eject the image, and then all the windows close, and nothing happens. What should I do so that when I click on install, this message does not appear?
It would be really nice if you could respond to my problem, and without InDesign and Photoshop at my school, I'm in trouble if I don't have them!

Do you not work with the Adobe CC suite?
The best I can advise is to try to re-download the image.
I also want to inform you that we will not help anyone to pirate software. If it doesn’t work at all and your school requires you to have the Adobe suite, ask for help there.-

Sure, you can do it the same way as the first time. I'm not a Mac expert but I believe the disk image you downloaded is corrupted.
Go through all the steps like you did for the first download and try to install it again. If it doesn't work, you might need someone more knowledgeable about Mac OS.
