Horizontal Image

Solved

Hello,
On my laptop, the page has turned the other way, which means I now only see half an image on my screen or half a web page, and I can’t do anything.
Thank you if you have a solution.
P.S. I do not want any image manipulations. I would like a normal screen.
None of the proposed solutions correspond to my problem.
Best regards

Hello,
Is this happening on Google exclusively, or on the PC in general?
No solutions proposed, what does that mean?
Which laptop are you talking about?
Sorry, but "my laptop" doesn't mean anything to us!
Best regards.

Hello,
This is happening on the computer in general. It's true that I mentioned it in my first message but not in the second. I have an ACER Aspire E 430.
The mouse keeps spinning. I click, and the right side of the screen disappears.
I click a second time and get the message "Quick access is not responding. If you close the program, you might lose information."
I have the choice between
- "close the program"
- "wait for the program to respond."
In the meantime, I clicked on "close the program," and the right side of the screen reappeared.
It's a temporary solution, but the problem is not resolved.
PS: When I ask a question to the community, while waiting for a response, I see a series of proposed solutions for cases that seem similar to mine in the bottom left.
Thank you.

Hello,
Try: a simultaneous press of "Alt Gr" + one of the four arrows
or, CTRL + Alt + one of the 4 arrows.
or even CTRL + Alt Gr + one of the 4 arrows.

Hello Abel,
None of the manipulations work.
Here's what I told glg 29
The mouse is searching by turning. I click, and the right part of the screen disappears.
I click a 2nd time and I get the message "Quick access is not responding. If you close the program you may lose information."
I have the choice between
- "close the program"
- "wait for the program to respond."
In the meantime, I clicked on "close the program" and the right part of the screen reappeared.
Temporary solution but the problem is not resolved.
So if you have any ideas, thanks in advance.
Have a nice day.

Hello.

Because since November 25, 2016, you’ve been dealing with the same problem on your PC?
Wow, hats off for your patience! Personally, I wouldn't have been able to stand that, and it would have had to be fixed within the hour.

Good luck . . . Bye

Here’s what I wrote on
November 21, 2016 at 5:47 PM

Good evening,
When I use my laptop (ACER Aspire E 430), after a while the mouse no longer shows an arrow on the screen but a spinning circle that keeps searching indefinitely on the right side of the screen, and therefore I cannot use the right side of the screen.
If by misfortune I click on this spinning circle, I lose about a third of my internet page.
So I cannot use my computer.
This happens to me constantly. I am furious.
I have no idea what it is or what to do.
If someone could help me, I would be delighted.
See you soon
Thank you in advance
In the meantime, I was clicking on the right side, the computer was searching for a solution and the right side would reappear.
PS: you tell me this subject has already been addressed, but it does not correspond to my problem.
I am 61 years old, I am not a computer expert at all, and if my question is referred to a list of possible solutions, I can't manage.
Thank you for taking an interest in my problem.
Have a great day

Good evening,
I fixed the horizontal image issue a long time ago.
And the right part of the screen is no longer missing because I have reinstalled Quick Access for now.
Thank you
