Hello,

I have a Livebox and I can't connect to the internet from my laptop anymore, an error 511 is showing up... it says timeout!!! I don't understand anything!!!!! What does it mean, what can I do to reconnect?

    What does error 511 mean when I open my laptop to access the internet
    I've been getting this error since an "unplanned update by Orange" that completely disrupted my computer (the WLANCFG is blocked ??) In the end, everything starts up, but I'm still being shown the error "511" ??????????

      I am well connected, but I cannot browse the internet. Timeout error 511. Thank you for helping me!

    I just saw that it's a 501 error indicating a timeout and an option to change....in addition to the 511! HELP

    I have the same problem as you and I don't understand why it says "resolved" when the problem is still there!
