Piratage ou "prendre la main" sur mon pcRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour, j'ai donné mon pc en réparation à une personne que je connais peu et depuis il y a des trucs bizzares qui se passent dessus :
Déconnexion automatique de msn
Double clic et mauvais contrôle de la souris
Fermeture intempestive de Lecteur Windows Média
Changement de paramètres dans msn principalement

Alors soit je suis devenu "folle" soit cette personne à introduit un logiciel ou à un contrôle sur mon pc.

* Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/Beta/ComboFix.exe     

* Double clique combofix.exe.
* Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
* Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 


NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Plein de chiffre incompréhensible et langage anglais un peu technique !

¤Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage du pc sans t arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5) 

Puis ouvre le dossier clean et ouvre clean.cmd et choisis l'option 2.
Redémarre normalement et poste le log clean.

Bonjour,

Oui j'ai supprimé les tracking cookie et apparement cela refonctionne correctement depuis ce matin.
Je n'ai pas envoyé le rapport de AVG car je l'ai supprimé, cela faisait des conflits sur mon pc.

Cé un matcho, pas un dépanneur, qui a joué ce tour, qui m'est arrivé également : on m'a pris pièce par pièce mon ordi (écran, clavier etc et même l'unité centrale) le tout deux ans neuf et beau : échangé contre "du pas beau, mais avec nous, ça marche". En fait l'unité centrale était plus faible, et truffée de composants qui fondaient... on me menaçait presque physiquement après. J'ai payé pendant deux ans car il s'agissait d'un atelier de "REINSERTION' donc prix moins chers pour moi, et aide pour eux. En fait, une belle arnaque. Quand ils n'ont plus rien eu à me soutirer, m'ont dit que je ne m'y connaissais pas en informatique. Suis allée chez des concurrents -des vrais- : m'ont dit d'aller voir les gendarmes, car pure escroquerie. Mais surprise à l'union des consommateurs : un vieux m'a reçue qui a dit :"et vous n'avez rien fait pendant deux ans ?". Non, pas le temps, je courais entre boulot et parents très malades à soigner. Alors je vais à la répression des fraudes, m'accueille en répondant aux autres au tel, prend mon dossier, promet s'en occuper. Pas de nouvelles, je tel, rien. J'y vais : rien. Sur toute la ligne, je me suis fait avoir. En 1979, j'étais volontaire sur les premiers écrans en France (83 écrans, exactement). J'ai été formée longtemps, étant support fonctionnel bureautique. Mais étant une femme, on s'est ri de moi. Alors, les filles montez vos boutiques en informatique, faites en deux segments plus rentables : l'informatique pure, et le dépannage maintenance. Chaque guichet aura sa file d'attente, mais on ne mélangera plus petits et gros pb, et pour vous les lendemains seront plus... clairs !
