    I can't help you, but:

    a) For the other participants, please provide the brand and model
        of your photocopier.

    b) Also, indicate what the encountered problem is; for example:
        the photocopier is no longer printing because of: paper shortage,
        paper jam, the "carriage" is not moving anymore, other.

    c) You may still need to call the technician
        from the maintenance service.
