Hello, I'm not very skilled with computers, so I'm coming to ask for help from you who are surely more skilled than I am.. So when I launch Chrome, I get an error message
"This site is unreachable
www.google.fr is currently unreachable
Try running Windows network diagnostics.
ERR_CONNECTION_FAILED"
I'm on Windows 10. THANK YOU for your help...

    To see what’s running:

    Follow the FRST tutorial. ( take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained ).

    Download and run the FRST scan, 3 FRST reports will be generated:
    • FRST.txt
    • Shortcut.txt
    • Additionnal.txt


    Send these 3 reports to the site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ and in return give the 3 pjjoint links that lead to the reports here in a new response so that we can consult them.

      Basically, all I can do is offline activities and play the games I have on Steam even online, but I can't access the Steam marketplace, I can't play League of Legends, the other browsers don't work. And I can't download anything.
