Hello
I'm having a problem locating the IP address of my OmniPabx PABX. Not knowing which address it was configured with, I can't connect my PC to it.
The only solution for me to configure my PABX is to find this address.
I tried using a network scanner (Look@lan), but the problem is that it requires at least an IP range.
I initialized the PABX normally to IP 192.168.92.246, but nothing happens (the PABX indicates network activity via its LED).
Is there a software that detects network activity? If so, which software and how does it work?
Thanks in advance for the answers to come.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    Hello,
can't you ping it by its name?
otherwise you can try with snmpc http://www.zdnet.fr/telecharger/windows/fiche/0,39021313,39085139s,00.htm
    if the pabx supports snmp.

    Is the installer dead?
You can try to put an analyzer on the network connection; with a bit of luck, the PABX balance might send some SNMP traps, which will allow you to find its management address.

        https://www.wireshark.org/
it's available for download on ccm (under security), but the downloads seem to be down.

You might also be able to connect directly to it with a crossover cable or DB9 (serial) and check the configuration?
