Hello everyone.
This is my first message here, I often come by to solve my little problems but this time I can't find anything.
I bought a Sharp LC-43CFE4142 TV this morning, I set up the TV all excited and in the upper left corner, there's a green square with a K. Below it is a w and even further below is a 1. At the center top, I have the model of the TV. Useful for giving you the exact model of the TV, but not practical at all for watching TV. I searched through all the menus but nothing works.
I hope someone will have an answer.
Thank you.

What have you connected to the TV (externally such as a box or hard drive) and how?

On the TV, there is only my Freebox connected via HDMI.

Did you turn it on (the box)? If yes, on your TV, check that the Freebox is properly detected in the sources.

The green square and the version of the TV appear on any source. Both on TNT channels and on the box.

But is the box detected by the TV?

Your HDMI cable may be damaged; unplug and replug it, reverse the cable, or switch to a different HDMI input on your TV.

I changed the cable, I had a new one, and also the HDMI port. I have the same result.

I just contacted Sharp's customer service, unfortunately, it's a motherboard defect, and it needs to be replaced. My TV only worked for 1 day, I will opt for the "dead on arrival" claim and request an exchange.
The matter can be closed. Thank you.
