Problem with the puppy's name.
I give it a name, it hears it because it comes happily, I get the message saying it heard well, but I have to do it again a second time, it hears it again, I get the message again saying it heard, but I have to start over again, and this keeps happening endlessly....
I wanted to restart the game from the beginning but I can't, could I get some help please?

-Insert the Nintendogs game into the DS
-Turn on the console
-Launch the game
As soon as you see "Nintendo" written in red on the top screen and ""All Rights,...", press the A, B, X, Y, L, and R buttons at the same time. Then, you will be asked to erase the game data. Simple as a zucchini. Or hello if you prefer. Send my regards to your dog(s)!

Hi, I saw your message and I have the answer to your problem. At first, you need to choose a one-syllable name for your dog!! Then you can choose names with several syllables!! I know it sounds weird but that's how it is. My first dog is called Lu, so you see what I mean, and now I have names with several syllables, for example: Stéfandja!! So don’t get discouraged, you’ll make it, and if it doesn’t work, ask the seller where you bought it. See you!
