Hello, I can't install the software. It doesn't match what's indicated in the manual. Either tell me what I need to do, or I will return my scanner to GIFI where I made the purchase. Thank you for responding.

    Many people are mistaken; you just need to download the app from the Play Store
    (E band).

    As for me, I am on Android, and the watch with the app works very well and is easy to use, even though I remain frustrated by the fact that you can only see your SMS and calls in notifications.

      I tried to install the app you mentioned, but there’s nothing in the Play Store. Can you give me the link? I'm only receiving Facebook notifications, but I can't receive SMS; only WhatsApp works.
