Pour faire un site web, tu as deux possibilités qui s'offrent à toi.
Soit de prendre un nom de domaine, et de choisir s'que tu veux, mais celui-ci sera bien évidemment payant.
Soit d'aller sur un site, avec lequel tu pourras créer ton site web gratuitement, mais il y placera des pubs ou des liens du genre "Site hébergé par ****"
Donc, pour la création d'un site, il te faut un editeur html. Tu peux prendre Dreamweaver, qui est payant, téléchargeable ici : https://www.01net.com/telecharger/mac/Internet/fiches/2459.html
Sinon, prends NVU, qui lui est gratuit, il est téléchargeable ici :

Ensuite, il te faut un éditeur graphique, tu peux utiliser :
