Error on cpu 1214c dc/dc/dc

Hello,
I am working on a SIMATIC S7-1200 API.
CPU 1214C DC/DC/DC
6ES7 214-1 AE 30-OXBO
Upon power-up, the red "ERROR" LED flashes and the RUN/STOP LED is lit in yellow.
When starting up, the RUN/STOP LED is lit in green but the red "ERROR" LED continues to flash.
I reset the CPU to factory settings, and the error disappeared.
When I upload a new project to the device, everything goes normally (error: 0, warning: 0)
But the red "ERROR" LED starts flashing again!
Can you help me solve this problem, please?
