    If you don't know it ==> OS reinstallation.... especially for RM-3xx
    and probably unlocking (if it's locked to a carrier)

    Be careful, you will lose all the data on the Nokia, and it's quite a delicate operation.
    If you're not sure about it, let it go and go to an unlocking shop.

        Yes... I think it's a very good choice
        I worked for a few years at Orange as a technician and unlocking phones, and I assure you that Nokia is something else... especially for unlocking.

    If you entered a wrong PIN code three times, it should ask you for a PUK code now, right?
