Hello, I'm currently having a storage issue with my Huawei Ascend G6. Indeed, at one point I had a lot of files, and both my SD card and phone were full in terms of storage. An icon saying "storage space is almost full" appeared, so I cleared my phone and SD card, deleted unnecessary apps, and it still hasn't gone away, and there are functions I can't perform, such as installing new apps. So this afternoon, I bought a 16GB SD card because my old one was 4GB, but nothing has changed; my phone indicates I have storage, but I can't do anything. Attached are the photos. One is when I try to download, and the other shows what my phone displays.

    Hello
    try looking in the files
    your phone may still be full
    and the apps on the Play Store are only for SD, not extsd

      Sure, thank you, but what are "partitions" on a phone? I'm sorry, but I'm partly young and also not very tech-savvy, so I'm all ears for your explanations.
