one of the free plugs is not turning green

Question

Hello,

I pressed each freeplug for 15 seconds, then 2 seconds, but the one next to the TV doesn't stay red, it doesn't even blink like the other one and it remains cold while the other one is warm. There's no connection problem since it's on. Any solutions? Thank you in advance for your responses.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 52.0.2743.116

Ok... but it may also be that one of the 2 is down... by switching, that should tell you everything...! ;)

Hello...

It may not be on the same electrical line, even though it lights up...
If you know how to cut the line of these sockets from the panel, do it: it's likely that only one of the two wall outlets is cut off....
P.S.: if you switch them, is it always the same one that is red, or the one that is in the same place?

Hi, try to re-pair them by linking them (without connecting them to the boxes) to a power strip. unpair and re-pair them this way, then put them back in place.  -- and... There you go!
