bonsoir,

J'ai un soucis depuis quelques jours avec les mises à jour windows.
Alors qu'un scan aprofondi avec Avast ne detecte rien d'anormal, que HijackThis me semble correct, que les traces d'activité ne semblent pas faire état de la présence d'indésirables, dès que je procède aux mises à jour, mon PC démarrre et se relance tout seul sans arrêt.
En cas de boot réussi, c'est la plus part de mes programmes qui doivent se fermer pour cause d'erreur.
Pourriez vous m'aider à profiter à nouveau des maj automatiques?

J'ai essayé les maj 1 par 1, en commençant par les plus faibles ( office, excell, etc.)
Tout allait bien pour les 9 premières. Je faisais un point de restauration à chaque foirs.
Puis bing ça recommence. Je reviens (avec difficultés puique le PC reboote sans arret) au poit de restau précedent : même problème.
J'ai du revenir à celui de cette nuit, cad annuler les 10 maj.
Dans la journée j'ai laissé le PC faire un nouveau test que je retrouverai en rentrant chez moi ce soir.
A tout à l'heure peut être.

Donc oui encore les mêmes problèmes. Le plantage de ce matin a eu lieu après l'installation de la maj 963021. Celà peut il aider à en trouver la cause?

Télécharge AVG anti-rootkit.
http://beta.grisoft.cz/beta/betarep.files/antirootkit/AVG_AntiRootkit_1.0.0.13.exe

* Double clique sur le fichier télécharger.
accepte la licence.
puis sur next puis install
redemarre ton ordinateur.

* Lance le programme
clique sur /search for rootkit
s'il trouve qu'elle que chose clique sur save result to file.
puis sur /Perform in-deph searchavg anti-rootkit
et poste les rapports.

s'il trouve qu'elle que chose sélectionne, se qu'il a trouver.
puis clique sur remove selected items

Tentative de suppression du rootkit détecté

Affichage d'un deuxième message qui demande un reboot pour terminer l'opération de nettoyage.

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.zip
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Fais un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisis "tout extraire"
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

dézippe le dossier, double-clique sur GenProc.bat et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

poste les rapports car parfois il faut ajouter des consignes à la manip pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement

# Etape 1/ Télécharge :

- CCleaner https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires. Lance-le et clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. Ferme le programme.

- SDfix http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.


***** Copie ce qui suit dans un fichier texte et redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/?mfr=true (choisis ta session courante "didier") *****


# Etape 2/

Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé sur le Bureau et double clique sur "RunThis.bat" pour lancer le script.
- Appuie sur "Y" pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
- Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
- Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
- Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
- Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera "Finished".
- Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
- Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom "Report.txt".
~ Le fichier "SDFIX_README.htm" (dans le dossier SDFix) contient la liste des malwares pris en compte par l'outil.
~ Andy fait plusieurs mises à jour, souvent plus d'une par jour... N'hésite donc pas à télécharger une nouvelle version lorsque le nettoyage dure et que l'outil ne semble pas tout voir.

# Etape 3/

Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.

# Etape 4/

Redémarre normalement et poste :
- Un nouveau rapport HijackThis, toutes fenêtres et applications fermées http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HiJackThis.exe ;
- Le contenu du fichier Report.txt ;


Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.

Enregistre le sur ton bureau

Déconnecte-toi du net et ferme toutes les applications en cours.

Lance SilentRunners
Laisse le travailler ! Quand il aura fini de scanner, tu en seras averti par un message (cela peut durer longtemps !)

--> un nouveau fichier texte sera créé

Ouvre ce fichier texte
Copie-colle la totalité du rapport sur ce forum

Pardon, mais comment lancer le script vbs? J'obtiens un message du genre : windows n'a pas trouvé le programme pour ouvrir le document, voulez vous rechercher sur internet?

Ca y est j'ai trouvé. Puisque le sript ne voulait pas s'executer tout seul, je l'ai lancé avec c:/windows/system32/wscript.exe

Et cela continue...
Ce matin j'essaye de récupérer et d'installer 1 par 1 les maj windows.
Après KB 937143 pour IE7 et KB 936782 pour WMP11 sans problème je tente KB 936357 pour Xp et là le crash !!
Je commence à desespérer de récupérer un système sain. Les scripts vbs ne s'executent même pas en double cliquant (voir mon post précedent)

Vas sur le site https://virusscan.jotti.org/
- Clic en haut à droite sur "Parcourir", navigue dans les dossiers et sélectionne ce fichier :

C:\WINDOWS\System32\OOBE\oobebaln.exe



- Clic sur submit toujours en haut à droite
- Le scan va se lancer, ça va prendre un petit instant
- En bas, tu as le résultat du scan, copie/colle le résultat complet du scan ici.

Il faut préciser que j'avais tout à l'heure télécharger A² sur le site puis éxécuter.
Celui ci m' a indique un backdoor que j'ai supprimé.

fait un scan ici

* En bas, à gauche de la fenêtre, clique sur BitDefender SCAN ONLINE
* Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, clique sur j‘accepte
* Accepte le contrôle Active X et Installe le. Le scanner se charge
* La fenêtre change encore, clique sur ’cliquez ici pour scanner’
* Les signatures se chargent, etc.
