Fraudulent charges

I am a victim of fraudulent withdrawals (€5 per week) since the beginning of July this year.
Listed on my bank card: ORANGE CMO 75 PARIS.
I immediately blocked my Visa card and filled out the complaint forms with my bank.

Three weeks later... it starts again! In the meantime, I made only one payment online.
The bank advises me to start the process again...

It's frustrating!!

    We assume the (subliminal..) question is: what to do to stop these card charges.

    Are you subscribed to Orange?.. Payment method?

    An 'opposition' is not enough, you need to make a revocation.

    When you shop online, do you only use a virtual card?

    Is your PC (+ WiFi..) really secure?

    In case of Unauthorized Transactions, request a refund from the Bank under Article L133-18 of the Monetary and Financial Code.
