Hello
I wanted to know if there is any way to recover the touchscreen of my phone.
I left it in a pocket and it went through the washing machine; we dried it out and it charges and turns on, but the touchscreen doesn't work anymore.
I wanted to know if it's possible to repair it in any way or if I just need to change the screen
Thank you in advance
PS: It's no longer under warranty
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 51.0.2704.103

Hello,
For the.......... 250389th time, we will respond to you with the same answer as all the other people who have opened a topic for this kind of question.
When a phone falls into water, no one can tell you what will go wrong afterwards.
Because there can be a multitude of problems following contact with a liquid.
Oxidation, short circuit, or any other issues related to electrical or electronic malfunctions.
Furthermore, to possibly "save" a phone that has come into contact with a liquid, there are a few rules to follow.
Immediately turn it off, remove the battery if possible, leave the phone open and don’t touch it for at least 2 to 3 days minimum.
And even by following these few rules to "save" your phone, it is not saved by any means. Far from it.
Indeed, you can change the screen, but nothing will guarantee proper functioning, since as mentioned above, other components may have been affected.
