Hello!
I got an iPhone today, and I wanted to transfer my data from my old iPhone to the new one. I obviously checked how to do it online, but I tried to rush and synced my new phone before the old one, before setting it up as a new iPhone; which means that iTunes detects my phone, and no longer offers me the option to restore my data from a backup.
I’m not sure if I was clear enough, but basically I just want to transfer my data from my old iPhone to the new one.
Can you help me?

Hello
If you can't transfer data from your iPhone to a new iPhone using iTunes, try iCloud.
1. Enable iCloud Backup on both iPhones.
2. Go to Settings on the old iPhone > iCloud > Backup > Turn on iCloud Backup > Back Up Now to create a manual backup. Wait until the backup is complete.
3. Turn off your old iPhone and turn on your new iPhone to set it up > Click on Restore from iCloud > Next.
4. Sign in with your iCloud account > Choose the most recent backup from the old iPhone > Tap Restore to transfer data from the old iPhone to the new iPhone.
But be careful: restoring from iCloud backup only works during the device setup, so you need to erase all contents on your device. If you want to transfer data from one iPhone to another without any loss of content, look for some third-party software.
