No CD player in the car

Hello,
I have a C3 with a touchscreen, no CD player but a USB port with the car radio. Is there a system to play my CDs without saving them on a USB stick? The seller says no, but his colleague was unsure. Thank you for your help; I have already contacted Boulanger, Fnac, Autobacs, Norauto, and they all say it’s not possible.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 51.0.2704.103
