    The Canon LBP 810 laser printer works with W7...
    I realize that if I want to change PCs, I automatically switch to W10.
    But I don't have a clear answer about the future of my laser printer!

      If it works with W7, it is more than likely to work with W10, especially if you upgrade (W7 => W10). W10 takes over the configuration of W7 and switches to compatibility mode if needed.

      Another option is to see if a driver for W8 exists for your printer; if so, it will most likely work with W10 (I have tested both cases successfully on PCs for another printer).
