Mon ordi portable plante en permanence

Bonjour

J'ai un Dell studio 1747 Windows 7.
Depuis 3 semaines, il plante en permanence au bout de quelques minutes.
J'ai fait plusieurs scansion anti virus : rien.
J'ai fait un nettoyage anti poussière interne ( je ne sais pas si je l'ai bien fait...)
Meme en mode sans échec, il plante c'est à dire qu'il s'éteint brusquement. Quand je le rallume, j'ai le message "Windows a été arrêté pour préserver ..." Le message habituel avec le redémarrage en une trentaine de seconde normal.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire...

Quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider ?

    quel est la temperature du processeur? ( quand il chauffe beaucoup il se met en sécurité et coupe le pc)

    est ce que ta batterie ne serai pas morte ?

    Bonjour et merci de tes infos.

    Mon pic a été sous garantie 3 ans. On m'a tout changé pendant ce l'absence de temps : carte mère, ventilateur, disque dur je crois... Il était quasi neuf...tous ces travaux ont été fait à peu près en même temps il y a 3 ans.

    Comment connaître la température ?
    J'avais un ancien Dell...j'ai mis sa batterie sur mon pic actuel...il plante de la même façon...mais ces 2 batteries sont peut être défectueuses...Comment le savoir ?
    Là je viens de lancer un scan spybot se arche and destroy...le pic à planté avant la fin du scan...

      c qui est sur c'est que ton pc a chaud mais je ne connait pas la temperature max avant coupure.
      le probleme quand ca coupe d'un coup sans ecran de plantage et sans bip ca peut etre à cause de plein de truc ( souvent c materiel)
      mais tu peut essayer en faisant une restauration system
      ou en reparant le demarrage. en attendant

      trouve un endroit ou il fait tres frais et teste le , essaye aussi en laissant le cable d'alimentation brancher pour savoir si c la batterie

      sinon sauvegarde tes données et restaure le pc en version d'usine si apres celà il plante toujours c que c'est materiel

      Si le pc a chaud, comment le refroidir ?
      La restauration système à une date antérieure fait aussi planter le pc, j'ai essayé plusieurs fois...
      Que signifie réparer le démarrage, quel rapport avec le plantage ?
      J'habite le sud et température ambiante autour de 30° pour info.

      Bon ok...À part remettre le pc à son état d'origine, peut on réparer la surchauffe matériellement ou mécaniquement, je ne sais pas...?
