Hello, I would like to set a horizontal line at Y=1300000 that stays fixed while the orange column is variable. Thank you.

Good evening
In the table, I added a column with a fixed value, then this column is integrated into the chart by copy-pasting.
Then, a secondary axis needs to be created for these new values and a "line" chart needs to be plotted.

A few explanations:
3D graphics are not accepted on a 2-axis graph (the 2nd axis does not appear because it is aligned with the main axis to have the same scale), however, we can modify the shape in 3D format, which I have done.
To display the ISF ceiling line, you need several values (3 is sufficient to overflow the plate rectangle). The other equivalent points of the plate are set to 0. For the aesthetics of the table (I'll let you handle that), you would need to hide rows 9 and 11, but for the graph, this amounts to deleting them. To work around this issue, you just need to set these rows to a height of 0.1; this way, they appear hidden.
