HP Deskjet 3520 "code d'erreur"

Hello everyone,
My printer, reference number, refuses to work; it displays the message on its small screen: "error code 0X83C00009 NOS_LOADER_APP". I went to the HP website and other forums dealing with this issue and the proposed procedures/solutions have not worked.
It seems that this malfunction has occurred to a large number of users, which leads me to believe that it is a hidden defect specific to this printer model (and possibly others as well).
The machine has seen very little use, having been installed in my second home; it is less than two years old and therefore out of warranty, I have only used brand cartridges until now.
I posted two messages, a week apart, on the HP support site, but received no response; the issue clearly doesn't matter to them.
If anyone can help me out of this predicament, I would be very grateful.
I will be away from July 6 to August 31.
