Fichiers manquants/endommagés

Bonjour,
j'ai des soucis depuis quelques temps avec mon ordinateur , j'ai fais quelques recherche ,j'ai fait un scan ce matin et il me manque enfaite des fichiers,je voulais savoir si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider à les réinstaller :
