USB key that keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.

Hello,
Due to some issues, I had to remove my USB drive without safely ejecting it first. Since then, when I plug it in, it connects, then disconnects, and reconnects repeatedly, without stopping. I can see it appear in my file explorer, but not in disk management. I cannot format it or run CHKDSK. DISKPART doesn’t find it either. So it’s impossible to delete the partition.
It’s a shame if I lose the data on it, even though it bothers me, but it's a 64GB drive, and I would really like to recover it.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 47.0

Connect it to another port and if it doesn't work, it's the key's fault; in that case, take it to a specialist...

Thank you for your reply, but I have already tried, even on another computer. I think it needs a flash drive and to be reformatted, but for that, I need a tool that I don't have.
