Tablet sound crackling issue

Hello, I would like to open a topic as I am new and I'm not sure if this is the right place
so I apologize in advance.
I wanted to ask for your help, I'm having an issue with my Samsung Tab E tablet that I bought yesterday, it's brand new and when I try to watch a video (YouTube, Instagram etc..) at a high volume, it sounds horrible, crackling and buzzing. Since I'm not really knowledgeable in this area, I wanted to get some information if you've had this kind of issue or how I can resolve it before returning it to the store tomorrow because right now I'm not using it much for fear of really damaging the sound^^

If you want to turn the volume all the way up on a tablet, you should either plug in headphones or speakers. Unless the result is the same? Note that the sound shouldn't be crackling anyway.
