Unable to start a match on BF4

Hello, I have a problem with my BF4, I can't connect to a match whether it's on a server or in matchmaking, I'm getting kicked out "Disconnected from the game: You have been kicked by PunkBuster. Specified reason: [Reason], or sometimes the map loading is infinite, I have a good setup that used to run the game on ultra so I don't know what it's due to, help please.
