Decoding of paid satellite channels

I installed a satellite dish, and I'm receiving many channels but none in French, or they are encrypted. How can I fix this? Thank you.

      Thank you for the response, but how do I obtain HD? I bought the device, but I still can't view the French channels via satellite. Thank you for your understanding.

      I suppose that with satellite there must necessarily be a subscription to have...
