Hello,

I just bought a TECHWOOD TK90TNT02B reception terminal for my camper. I want to install it, but it asks for the old PIN code which I don't have since my device is new. What should I do? Thanks for your replies.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Chrome 49.0.2623.112

    Hello,

    The default PIN codes are often: 0000-1234 or 8888...

    Your equipment is new, please refer to the user manual; the PIN code can be found there.

      I read and reread the notice, no PIN code is indicated :-(

        You may have overlooked it, the PIN code can be used either to perform a

        factory reset or to activate parental controls.

        Perhaps check these two sections?

    Thank you, but I only have a 10-page manual where the PIN code is not mentioned... I'm feeling demoralized... Unless I don't have the complete manual, but where can I find it? I can't even find the Techwood site for the decoder.
