Problème Werfault.exe

Bonjours,

Voila je suis novice dans l'informatique et il m'arrive qulque chose qui commence a me gonfler voir m'ennervé,

Apparament un virus ou autre a du rentrer dans mon ordinateur vista et j'ai un problème qui me dit :

Microsoft Windows

Explorateur windows a cesser de fonctionner
Windows recherche une solution possible au probleme

ensuite il redémarre

cela me spam toute les 5sec et je ne peux pas lancer de tache car quand il redémarre il m'enlve tous

J'ai reussi a localiser le dossier il s'agit de Werfault.exe

Merci de m'aider :-(

Fanchon,

C'est un sujet qui date de 18mois.
Pourrais tu être plus précis?
Vous avez un message d'erreur redondant lorsque vous essayez de supprimer avec CCleaner?
Werfault.exe est l'application qui exécute un diagnostique sous windows vista lors de l'apparition d'une erreur système.

salut Axel,

Je viens de tomber par hazard sur ton message sans réponse (merci google)

Si vous pouvez encore naviguer un peu (Firefox peut être)
Avant tout avez vous un Anti virus, un Anti spyware?
Sinon télécharger et exécuter Spybot, CCleaner et AdAware

-CCleaner (en français) pour nettoyer les fichiers temporaires, cookies... ainsi que les clefs de la base de registre inutile.

Pendant l'installation décocher l'option de la barre yahoo.

Une fois installé, aller dans Options/Propriétés/ Effacement sécurisé du fichier (lent) Type NSA (7 Passages).
C'est la meilleure config.
Clic sur le bouton Erreurs et ensuite répèter 2 fois les étapes suivantes:
Chercher les erreurs- Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées
Ne pas oublier de sauvegarder au cas ou il supprimerait une mauvaise clef (peu probable)

Adaware2007 nouvelle version en anglais uniquement, mais très simple.
La première fois, appuyer sur le bouton update il va demander si vous voulez exécuter update cliquer yes.
Ensuite appuyer sur scan et la première fois, cocher full scan et appuyer sur scan (la fois suivante cocher smart scan, scan le principal).

Ensuite

- Télécharger HiJackThis de Merijn sur ton bureau.
- Renommer le fichier HiJackThis.exe en Scanner.exe pour cela, faire un clic droit sur le fichier HiJackThis.exe et choisir renommer dans la liste
- Taper Scanner.exe et Appuyer sur la touche Entrée.
- Génère un rapport en suivant ces indications :
- Double-clic sur Scanner.exe
- Exécuter le et cliquer sur Do a scan and save log file.
- Le rapport s'ouvre sur le Bloc-Note
- Coller le rapport dans votre prochain message ici, pour cela :
- Menu Edition / Selectionner Tout
- Menu Edition / copier
- Ici dans un nouveau message : clic droit / coller
