I'm having trouble downloading or installing games on my itel it6800 mobile phone.

either use Google Play, with the Gmail address (Google) in the settings > accounts

or download the apk of the game you want from the internet and then install it by launching the apk

I feel like your phone doesn't run on Android, but on another Java system, which explains why you can't install games

in settings > about
list what is written there
