Good evening, I have an Acer EL 1352 that had some restoration issues. Today, everything seemed to be going well but I am stuck on the installation of Dritek Launch Manager 5/39.
What should I do? Turn my computer off and on, press a specific key?
I admit that help would be appreciated as I've already had a hard time getting this far.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can assist me.
Best regards

Hello,
Are these the restoration DVDs created with your Acer EL1352 laptop?
A Windows 7 backup is specific to each PC; it retains the hardware configurations, so it's difficult to back up one PC and install it on another (because the hardware and drivers may not be the same).
“Dritek Launch Manager” is the driver for your keyboard, particularly for the keys (Fn + F1), +F2,.....+F12, which have different assignments depending on the computers (especially for multimedia keys like speaker volume....).
If these are DVDs created with another machine, they won't work, or you could be really lucky.
What was the initial operating system..?

Hi,
In my opinion, we need to start all over again...
That's the issue with these DVDs; when we make them, we don't know if they work for the day when the need arises... unless we've done it at least once before..
Here's the guide https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/8775-restaurer-un-ordinateur-acer-a-son-etat-d-usine
Look from "Restore the system"

Hello again. Summary of previous episodes. 8 hours of restoration wait to end up at the same point as yesterday. A blockage on Launch Manager. So I created an ISO file on DVD and I'm in the process of reinstalling Windows. It's underway. I'll keep you updated. It's stressful, this computer stuff lol :)
Thank you
