Insert an automatic stamp on multiple pages

Ladies and gentlemen,

After racking my brains for several days, I'm looking for help!!! :)

Let me explain the problem.
I work in a human resources department, and it turns out that we often have Word documents with hundreds of pages of letters in a row. We need to print them and then stamp them.
To avoid wasting time stamping the documents by hand, I wanted to insert the stamp on the documents before printing them.
I've tried several things based on my limited knowledge without success...
The last idea that got me closest to the result was to create a blank page with the stamp in the right place and insert it as a background via the "page color" function. So, it looks good on screen with the stamp in its place on all pages. However, during printing, it's a disaster; I end up with about 30 small stamps on the pages in a mosaic format... So I'm totally stuck!!!

If a kind soul has any ideas... :)

Thank you and have a great weekend!!

Hello Thibaut

The 'page color' function does not print, it is just for screen display.
On your Word file, go to
- Page Layout tab => Watermark => Custom Watermark => check 'Picture watermark' => uncheck 'Washout' because I assume the stamp validation needs to be clearly visible => check 'Select Picture' and upload the stamp image.
- It will display full page as the background of the text.
- Now, to adjust and place it where you want, double-click in the page header which will allow you to select the image, resize it, and position it wherever you want on the page.
