Hello,

I don't know how to bump a question so it rises in the discussion thread. My question posted in October 2015 has never been answered and I am still facing the same issue...

Thank you!

    Hello,

Let's not open a new discussion in order to avoid overloading the forum.

The tradition is to reply to oneself in the unanswered discussion. Generally, we just write "up" (I know, it's an Anglicism...).

We usually advise people to wait a bit and not to do "up" for several hours (some do it every 10 minutes!). You, however, are a remarkable case: waiting 6 months is exceptional! :-).

Yes, I thought about that, except that my question would then seem to have received an answer, so it wouldn’t attract attention when people go to the unresolved questions section (“Help them”)...

Well, yes, but that's still how it should be done... Duplicates are not allowed and are either closed, at best, or deleted.

I can't find any answer on this page.
They talk about changing the user profile. I'm at work. I can't change the user profile; it's the network administrators who do that. Moreover, on my workstation (with the same user profile), I don't have this problem.
So, this answer is not relevant to me at all.
      Thank you for trying anyway!
