Illustrator unable to resize my vector

Hello,

I've been using Illustrator for a few months now, and I’m stuck with a manipulation.
I have a logo that includes text and a vector, and I simply want to enlarge or reduce everything to fit my needs.
So I take my "black arrow," select everything, and when I go to a corner, I can adjust the size… but surprise, it doesn’t give me the option to "resize."

Any ideas?

    To zoom in on Illustrator, you can use the shortcut Command + E. Try that first, it should solve your problem. Otherwise, check in your layer to see if you accidentally locked your images.
