EXCEL MAC Creating a USERFORM

Hello,

I am a beginner in VBA and what makes things worse is that I have the latest version of Excel for Mac.
I want to create a dynamic form, however, unlike the 2011 version of Mac, there is no form icon in the "Data" tab. So I don't know where to go to create my Userform.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    "Data ---> Form" excel2004 not 2011
    "Data ---> Grid" for 2011

    A form is not a Userform

    What exactly do you want to do??

      Hello,
      This is indeed a Userform I want to create.
      I would like to create a dialog box to fill a database, like what can be done on ACCESS.

        I looked around on all the forums and tutorials, and it seems that it is not feasible for now with the 2016 version.
