Hello On Calc Enter the number and for the exponentInsert>Special characters:Basic Latin and select the exponent (at the bottom left of the table) On Writer Enter the exponent and select itFormat>Character:Tab "Position"Check "superscript"  or Type ALT+253 for ²Type ALT+252 for ³

or by holding down the Alt key and typing 0178

RE In Writer add the icon to the toolbar Tools>Customize: Tab "Toolbar" select the "Formatting" toolbar check the superscript icon   In Calc Tools>Customize: Tab "Toolbar" select the "Formatting" toolbar Button "Add"  in the list select Superscript and button add  Move to the desired position in the toolbar using the arrows  in the "Toolbar" tab button OK
