Hello
Go to Mail / Preferences, and check if your Tubeo account is set up like this:
For your information: the Tubeo messaging service is absolutely unreliable. I have completely disabled it. The problem is: when you send a message using a Tubeo address, - the message is sent from Tubeo's smtp server -, the risk is that this message never reaches the recipient and you may not know about it. Sometimes you will be informed of the sending failure, sometimes not. The reason: the messaging service may have considered your message as spam and simply deleted it.
According to what criteria? that's a "mystery wrapped in an enigma."
Why are we sometimes informed and sometimes not? "we shouldn't give users hints about the reasons for spam refusals," say Tubeo technicians.
This happens more particularly if your message is sent from a Mac and this one is directly connected to the Tubeo box without going through a router. I battled for several days with Tubeo technicians, they acknowledged and recognized the anomaly but said they couldn't do anything about it, because "it's high technology." (sic). It also happens on PC, but less often.
All the people I know who have encountered the issue, (on Mac or PC), have replaced their Tubeo messaging with a Yahoo, Gmail, iCloud etc... address and have simply stopped using the Tubeo messaging service.
Best regards
