Hello,

My printer (laser) is in perfect working order, but it seems that Windows 10 doesn't want it: the computer won't read the driver disk, and I've downloaded programs specifically for this model... nothing works.
What's the trick?

      Unplug the printer from the PC and then restart the computer.
      Go to this PAGE, download, save, and install the offered driver.
      Connect the printer as prompted by the driver installation procedure.
