Changing car radio, Renault Modus

Hello,

I currently have a Renaud Modus and I would like to change my radio because it only plays CDs, and sometimes it has trouble doing even that.
I would like to switch to a radio that at least reads USB, so I'm here to ask for your help in choosing one because I have no idea what to get ^^

    here is a versatile car radio from the brand JVC, multicolored with USB input + auxiliary input, 3 pre-amplifier outputs, it has 4 x 50 W.
