Small test: if on channel 7 or 57 you see the logo "ArteHD", it's good, you receive HD, which I doubt because after research it seems that your TV is "HD Ready" with a definition of: 1366 x 768 pixels.
You currently only receive SD (20 channels instead of 25) but by April 5 you will need to buy an HD TNT terminal (starting from €30) + an HDMI cable that you will connect to your TV, which must be switched to this input.
You will receive the 25 channels, some in HD, the picture you will have will be much better defined than what you currently receive but it will not be full HD (1080p/1920p)
