TP LINK switch configuration

Hello,

My network consists of a TP LINK Archer C9 router and a TL-SG105 switch.
When configuring with Easy Smart Configuration Utility, the switch is found, but to access the settings, it says "Host IP address and switch IP address must be in the same subnet."
What should I do to access the switch settings? Thank you.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 47.0.2526.111

        2. @michemicheHi,
a manageable switch that can only be controlled by proprietary software and only on Windows is not really a manageable switch in the sense of the real ones that are manageable via SNMP (the most important), telnet, ssh, or http, which are the true standards present everywhere.
          Especially since,
initially we were talking about SG105, not SG105E:

There is a significant difference between the two, the E changes things a bit, doesn’t it?
