Hello ;)
I would like to know if there is a tool to blur colors in paint.net
for highlights, otherwise it creates a big white spot in the middle of a brown surface, which doesn't look good.

    Hello
    if it's a brightness issue, you can use an adjustment layer: you add a layer that you set to "overlay" mode and use the soft brush at 20% with a dark gray - similar to the density tool in CS -
