    It was a show presented by dog puppets. It was called Hot-Dog. The theme song was "Cabot Cabotin, it's the TV for crazy dogs! Cabot Cabotin, it's the TV for little pups! Hot Dog! [and after that, I don't remember the lyrics]". Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anything about it on the internet...
