Search for old cartoon/animation from the 2000s.

Hello everyone. For a few months now, I've been searching for an old cartoon from the 2000s, but my searches have yielded nothing. I remember it was on the PIWI or TELETOON channel. In this cartoon, or rather an animation, there were 2 main characters ("Sissi," I think, a toy dog with a girl's voice and another character with a boy's voice who often played pranks) who were in a country full of objects, and there were plenty of other characters too. The whole world was made up of animated toys (dominoes, a yellow toy duck with wheels, etc.), and the goal of the episode was to find hidden objects in the different settings to build something at the end of the episode.

These 2 characters had a saying when they went off to search for the objects that the duck asked them to find: "I search, you search, let's all play I search."
And when they found the object: "Oops we saw it, oops, we saw it, oops, we saw it, did you see it?"

If anyone could help me or if you have an idea, that would be super nice.
