Hello everyone, I can't create a game via LAN, no one can join me, I have opened the game's ports, but is there one or more ports to open for Hamachi?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

If people can talk to you on Hamachi, it means you might have needed to interact with Hamachi.
Don't do a LAN search, it might not work; instead, enter the Hamachi address of the person hosting the map directly.
If it doesn't work, ask the host to check if the game is using the Hamachi address and not their IP address (I don't know how to do that for GTR2; I'll tell you later, I have it too).
That's it for now

Well, I just found .... at least I hope so.
The server will need to open the ports on its router listed in the file C:\GTR2\Support\GTR2_Server_Hosting.txt
For the European version, the ports are usually:
UDP: 3779
TCP: 3778
Disable the firewall just in case.
Now all that's left is to reconfigure the router. Keep me posted ;)

Hello everyone, to start, no need for Hamachi, just connect to 192.168.1.1 for (SFR and Orange). For Free, it’s a bit more complicated, so if you are with Free, let me know. So when you are on 192.168.1.1, enter admin for the username and the password of your box. Once you've done that, go to NAT and open a port (25565) for your PC that hosts the server. After that, go to your Bukkit files and in server.properties, set the port to 25565 and for the IP, leave it empty; above all, don't put anything. Once you've done that, go online and enter my IP, which will provide you with it (that will be the address of your server).
For your information, do not use Hamachi; your server will bug with more than three people. (For your information, Hamachi does not require a port)
If you want more information, let me know.
PS: Sorry for the spelling mistakes, I'm not a pro unlike in computing.

RE hello!
I finally found the problem coming from the software version :) everything is back in order! I could have searched for a long time!
Thank you!

Hi Mack! To my great regret, it's still the same even after disabling the router's firewall and even Windows'!
We should try for you to create a LAN network and see if we can join each other!
If you can do that, let me know, thanks.

I opened a lot of ports! And some people tell me that I shouldn't open any ports to play on LAN! And others say the opposite! I've disabled everything again and again; I think my case is hopeless, lol! And if I installed TeamSpeak, wouldn't that be easier?? I don't know, I'm probably saying something stupid but you never know...
Thank you
Thank you
Hi! I have the same problem with Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts!
That is to say, when we create a LAN game, no one can see it in the game!
We have the same versions of Hamachi! The thing is, there are servers created on Hamachi that I can't connect to while my buddy has no problem getting on them! Every time I try to join, it tells me in a tooltip: This network seems to be full, click for more info! I click and I end up on a blank web page with: Each Hamachi network comes with a default capacity of 16 free
members. Please see Feature Comparison Matrix for more information.
The server in question:
Network: CoH Opposing Fronts
Password: coh
I have no idea what this is about!
I can easily connect to our personal server!
I was wondering if I need to open ports on my Livebox, and if so, which ones should I open?

You need the IP seen in the games to be that of Hamachi. To do this, go to Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings -> Organize, Layout, Menu bar, then Advanced, Advanced settings, and move Hamachi to the top using the arrows.
Jojont Stinson, it's so HALU-CINATING!

Hello and thanks for your explanation, but what do you do after? I create a network and the others join and enter my Hamachi IP? REPLY THANKS IN ADVANCE
For which games?
Normally, Hamachi works with any port, as long as it's not used by something else.
Can your colleagues join you on Hamachi?!

Hmm, for Opposing Fronts it's a bit complicated to explain like that, but know that only version 1.0.1.5 of Hamachi is compatible with this game.
http://driss.o-n.fr for those who have an "unofficial" version of Opposing Fronts and want to play online with Hamachi.

Hi! Sorry, but the link you provided doesn't work!
I've already installed version 1.0.1.5 of Hamachi and I'm still having this full network issue while my buddy can connect just fine! Anyway, there's nothing to be done!
If anyone has any ideas...!

Hi, it's actually very simple, if Hamachi tells you it's full, it's simply because .......... you're using the free version of Hamachi which can only support 16 clients (so computers) per network, plain and simple.
However, with the free version, you can manage a maximum of 64 networks (of 16 computers each).
One avenue to explore (I haven't tried it yet but there's no reason it shouldn't work) would be to find a way to allow multiple networks to communicate with each other (network1 + network2 = 32 computers).
The simplest way would be to be able to install (or just launch) 2x Hamachi and create a bridge connection (it has to be done by the creator of the network). However, I have no idea about the feasibility of this.
As things stand, if you want to join the network, the creator needs to free up another account.
I hope I have been clear enough.

I don't see how you manage to play Opposing Fronts with Hamachi given that this game does not support local network...
I imagine there is a way, if someone has a clear solution explained somewhere, please give me an address or a detailed explanation. Thank you.

We've already tried going directly through the IP without success either!
Anyway :) thanks! If you have any news, keep me posted, thanks again.
