Hello,
my network card has been disconnected since I switched to Windows 10.
I have tried going to HP Support, but they don't understand my problem.
Diagnosis: network cable disconnected... and if I physically plug it in, I lose the Wi-Fi connection.

    Hi,
    If you disconnect it,
    it's a bit normal for it to be disconnected...
    If you lose the wifi, it means the ethernet is still working well enough to change the routing in Windows...
    Can you paste here the result of ipconfig/all when the ethernet cable is connected?
