My Verbatim USB flash drive (Store n Go) is not showing up anymore.

Hello, I recently bought a Verbatim Store 'n' Go USB drive. The first time I used it, everything was fine. But one day, my USB drive decided not to work on my PC anymore. When I plugged it in, I heard the sound, but nothing appeared. Sometimes there was an icon that said "the device is ready to use," but when I went to Computer, the Store 'n' Go didn't show up... Can you please help me?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 43.0
